Environmental Survey has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16(b).

Environmental Survey has the meaning given to it in Section 8.3.

Environmental Survey means the environmental engineering survey and assessment report prepared for the benefit of the Borrower and certified to the Bank by Law Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. dated May 9, 2001, as such may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
