Environmental Site Assessments definition

Environmental Site Assessments means those reports listed on Schedule 1(m) attached hereto.
Environmental Site Assessments means any assessments, audits, investigations, testing, sampling, analysis and similar procedures conducted on the Property for the purpose of identifying Hazardous Materials.
Environmental Site Assessments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.9 hereof.

Environmental Site Assessments means, collectively (i) the Xxxxx Station Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, dated October 1998; (ii) the Xxxxx Station Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, dated March 1999; (iii) the Xxxxx Station Phase II Environmental Assessment Closure Report, issued November 1999; (iv) the Brunswick Diesel Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, dated October 1998; (v) the Gabbs Diesel Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, dated October 1998 and (vi) the Valley Road Diesel Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, dated October 1998.
Environmental Site Assessments means the Phase I environmental site assessment reports and Phase I update reports listed on Part III of Schedule 3.13.
Environmental Site Assessments means assessment of real property and improvements in accordance with recognized standards such as that of the American Standards for Testing and Materials.
