Environmental Review Process means the environmental reviews, permits, concurrences, and approvals for a project required under all applicable environmental and cultural resources laws, including but not limited to reviews under CEQA, the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 4321 et seq. (“NEPA”), the California Endangered Species Act, Fish and Game Code §§ 2050 et seq., the federal Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531 et seq., the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq., National Historic Preservation Act § 106, Section 4(f), 23 U.S.C. § 138 and 49 U.S.C. § 303, the California Coastal Act, Public Resources Code §§ 30000 et seq., Public Resources Code §§ 5097-5097.7, 5097.9-5097.991, and CZMA (to the extent the above laws are applicable to the SR 241 Extension Project).
Environmental Review Process means the process for conducting tribal environmental review to assess whether a proposed development or project resulting from a Leasing Decision under this Code will have a Significant Effect on the Environment.
