Environmental Remediation definition

Environmental Remediation means any investigation, cleanup, removal, containment, remediation, or other action relating to an Environmental Condition (i) required pursuant to any Environmental Law, or (ii) necessary to prevent Landlord from incurring, or relieve Landlord from, loss of any kind as a result of an Environmental Claim.
