Environmental Record definition

Environmental Record means any document, correspondence, pleading, report, assessment, analytical result, Governmental Approval, or other record concerning a Hazardous Substance, compliance with an Environmental Law, and Environmental Claim, or other environmental subject.
Environmental Record means the environmental record of a person both in the Territory and elsewhere and includes any action taken by the person for the purposes of this Act;
