Environmental Property definition

Environmental Property means any assets or property owned, leased, operated or used by the Seller.
Environmental Property is defined in Section 3.16(a).
Environmental Property means any assets or real property currently or previously owned, leased, operated or used by the Company or any Affiliate thereof to the extent liability for an Environmental Claim could be asserted against the Company under any applicable Environmental Law.

More Definitions of Environmental Property

Environmental Property means all real property currently or previously owned, leased, operated or used by the Sellers with respect to the Business.
Environmental Property means any Facility or other property or asset (whether real, personal or mixed) in which the Company has or had an interest.
