Environmental Licences definition

Environmental Licences means any permit, licence, approval, consent, registration or other authorisation required by or pursuant to any applicable Environmental Laws or relating to Environmental Matters;
Environmental Licences means all licences, certificates, consents, exemptions, permits, registrations, authorisations, permissions and approvals required under any Environmental Law;
Environmental Licences has the meaning given in paragraph 7.1 of Part 2 of Schedule 2 (AWI Warranties);

More Definitions of Environmental Licences

Environmental Licences means all Authorisations necessary under Environmental Law for the ownership of an interest in any Petroleum Asset, the exploitation of such Petroleum Asset (or any aspect thereof), and/or the carrying out of the operations and activities relating to such Petroleum Asset.
