Environmental Law all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, secondary legislation, bye-laws, common law, directives, treaties and other measures, judgments and decisions of any court or tribunal, codes of practice and guidance notes in so far as they relate to or apply to the Environment Environmental Licence any authorisation, permit or licence necessary under Environmental Law in respect of any of the Charged Property.
The Contractor shall notify the Authority immediately in writing of any circumstance which may result in any Environmental Licence being breached, revoked, suspended, amended, varied or withdrawn.
