Environmental Inspector definition

Environmental Inspector means any environmental inspector appointed or designated under section 117;
Environmental Inspector means any environmental inspector designated under section 79;
Environmental Inspector means a person designated under section (20) of the Agency Act and section (96) of this Law.

  • The Environmental Inspector shall report to the Project Area/Metro Engineer or the KDOT Stormwater Compliance Manager.
