Environmental Expert definition

Environmental Expert means a well-reputed company specialised in environmental matters determined by the Independent Expert to the extent that the Relevant Event is a court order for Decontamination and Clearance.
Environmental Expert means E. Vironment, LP, or if it declines or is unable to act in such capacity, AECOM, or if it declines or is unable to act in such capacity, by an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Law in oil and gas related matters that does not have a material relationship with any Party and that is reasonably acceptable to Seller and Purchaser.
Environmental Expert means a reputable environmental consulting firm selected by the Concessionaire and agreed to by the Government;

Environmental Expert means an individual who is qualified as a professional with a recognized geotechnical, engineering, or environmental consulting firm;
Environmental Expert has the meaning given to it in paragraph 8.1 of schedule 12;
Environmental Expert shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.5.
