Environmental Conditions definition

Environmental Conditions means the presence in the environment, including the soil, groundwater, surface water or ambient air, of any Hazardous Material at a level which exceeds any applicable standard or threshold under any Environmental Law or otherwise requires investigation or remediation (including, without limitation, investigation, study, health or risk assessment, monitoring, removal, treatment or transport) under any applicable Environmental Laws.
Environmental Conditions means any conditions of the environment, including, without limitation, the work place, the ocean, natural resources (including flora or fauna), soil, surface water, ground water, any actual or potential drinking water supply sources, substrata or the ambient air, relating to or arising out of, or caused by the use, handling, storage, treatment, recycling, generation, transportation, Release or threatened Release or other management or mismanagement of Regulated Substances resulting from the use of, or operations on, the Property.
Environmental Conditions means the introduction into the environment of any pollution, including, without limitation, any contaminant, irritant or pollutant or other Hazardous Substance (whether or not upon any Facility or former Facility or other property and whether or not such pollution constituted at the time thereof a violation of any Environmental Law as a result of any Release of any kind whatsoever of any Hazardous Substance) as a result of which the Company has or may become liable to any person or by reason of which any Facility, former Facility or any of the assets of the Company may suffer or be subjected to any lien.

  • Bidder has carefully studied the reports and drawings relating to Hazardous Environmental Conditions, if any, at or adjacent to the Site that have been identified in the Supplementary Conditions, with respect to Technical Data in such reports and drawings.

Environmental Conditions means any Release of any Hazardous Materials (whether or not such Release constituted at the time thereof a violation of any Environmental Laws) or any violation of any Environmental Law as a result of which any Environmental Person has or may become liable to any Person or by reason of which the business, condition or operations of such Environmental Person or any of its assets or properties may suffer or be subjected to any Lien or liability.
Environmental Conditions means (i) any pollution, contamination, degradation, damage or injury caused by, related to, arising from or in connection with the generation, handling, use, treatment, storage, transportation, disposal, discharge, release or emission of any Waste Materials and (ii) any course of conduct or operating practice with respect to matters governed by or regulated under Environmental Laws.
