Environmental Agencies definition

Environmental Agencies means Governmental Units whose responsibilities include enforcement and oversight of Environmental Law.

  • Each annual budget shall include a future year forecast of administrative expenditures, with annual details for at least the next three years (or such longer period as the Environmental Agencies shall reasonably request).

  • Governmental Agencies means any federal, provincial, municipal or other government or governmental agency, board, commission or authority, domestic or foreign;
