Entrance Permit definition

Entrance Permit means a permit issued under the provisions of this by-law.
Entrance Permit. The Owner shall obtain an entrance permit to modify the entrance of the site from the Township of North Huron Public Works department prior to construction.

  • If the public road is a State road, a Road Entrance Permit issued by the Maine Department of Transportation shall satisfy this standard.
