Entrance fee: FCUs may not vary the entrance fee among different classes of members (such as students, minors, or non-natural persons) because the Act requires a uniform fee.
Entrance fee" means an initial payment of a sum of money or any other consideration that assures a subscriber a place in a facility for a term of years or for life.
The nomination form shall be lodged together with the Entrance fee with the General Manager of the Club who shall cause the name, address and occupation of the candidate and of the candidates proposer and seconder to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the clubhouse for a continuous period of up to fourteen (14) days before the election of the candidate as a member of the Club and an interval of at least fourteen (14) days shall elapse between the proposal of a person for election and his election.
