Entity Member definition

Entity Member means a partner, member, shareholder, or owner;

Entity Member means a Member of the Corporation that is an Entity;

Entity Member means any Member that is organized or operates as a corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust, entity, association or group.

The Membership will be issued in the name of the entity. The entity must provide a breakdown of its ownership, and promptly notify the Master Association of any change in the equity ownership of the entity. Entity Member means a Member that is not an Individual Member;
