Entity Interest definition

Entity Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
Entity Interest means any membership or other interest in, or rights in respect of, an entity, whether such interest arises or is constituted by way of shares, units, an agreement or otherwise; Euroclear means Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V.;
