Entity Identifier definition

Entity Identifier means the identifier required for XXX registration to uniquely identify business entities. (CNCS’s eGrants system requires DUNs numbers. DUNs stands for Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number a nine-digit number established and assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to uniquely identify business entities. A DUNS number may be obtained from D&B by telephone (currently 000- 0000000) or the Internet (currently at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx/webform).
Entity Identifier means a “legal entity identifier” satisfying the requirements of U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Regulation 45.6 or such other entity identifier as shall be provided by the CFTC pending the availability of such legal entity identifiers;
