Entitlement Order definition

Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

Entitlement Order means a notification communicated to a securities intermediary directing transfer or redemption of a financial asset to which the entitlement holder has a security entitlement.

  • If at any time the Qualified Trustee shall receive an Entitlement Order as defined in UCC § 8-102(a)(8) issued by the Department or by the Administrator and relating to the Securities Account, the Qualified Trustee shall comply with such Entitlement Order without further consent by the Depository or any other person.
