Entitlement Offer definition

Entitlement Offer means a non-renounceable entitlement offer to Eligible Shareholders to subscribe for one (1) New Share for every two (2) Shares of which the Shareholder is the registered holder on the Record Date, at the Issue Price pursuant to this Information Booklet.
Entitlement Offer means a non-renounceable entitlement offer of Listed Options on the basis of 1 Listed Option (exercisable at $0.052 and an expiry of 30 June 2024) for every 3 Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.015 each to raise up to $2,030,399 before costs, made pursuant to this Prospectus.
Entitlement Offer or “Offer” means the non-renounceable pro-rata issue pursuant to this Prospectus, of up to 144,554,912 New Shares on the basis of one New Share for every five Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of 0.6 cents per New Share, to raise up to $867,329 before expenses of the Issue;

Examples of Entitlement Offer in a sentence

  • Under the Entitlement Offer, eligible shareholders are invited to subscribe for 1 new Boral share (“New Shares”) for every 2.22 existing Boral shares held as at Thursday, 24 November 2016.

  • Concurrent Entitlement Offer has the meaning given in clause 12.1(a).

  • The Retail Entitlement Offer will open on Wednesday, 30 November 2016 and close at 5.00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 9 December 2016.

  • Any premium over the A$4.80 per New Share offer price under the Entitlement Offer which is achieved from the offer of the Retail Shortfall Shares (and the right to subscribe for those Retail Shortfall Shares) through the Retail Shortfall Bookbuild will be remitted proportionally to those retail shareholders, less any applicable withholding tax.
