Entertainment Center means that certain Building Improvement listed on the Site Plan as No. 19 and as more fully described in the Support Elements section of the Business Plan.

Examples of Entertainment Center in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, in the event of the acquisition of the Company’s interest herein by any Company Mortgagee Designee or any permitted purchaser at a Foreclosure Event, the operation of the Entertainment Center by or on behalf of any such acquirer of the Company’s interest herein under this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions and requirements of this Agreement and the Lease, and such act in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

Related to Entertainment Center

  • Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Adult entertainment means any exhibition of any adult-oriented: motion pictures, live performance, computer or CD Rom generated images, displays of adult-oriented images or performances derived or taken from the internet, displays or dance of any type, which has a substantial portion of such performance any actual or simulated performance of specified sexual activities or exhibition and viewing of specified anatomical areas, removal or partial removal of articles of clothing or appearing unclothed, pantomime, modeling, or any other personal service offered customers.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
