Enterprise Services definition

Enterprise Services means the department of enterprise services.
Enterprise Services means any Service not designated on Zendesk’s Innovation Services List available on Zendesk’s Customers and Partners Website.
Enterprise Services means the cloud-based web platform delivered and accessible through xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx that provides contract management and workflow-related services (the “CLM Services”), and/or the cloud-based web platform delivered and accessible through Ironclad’s website located at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx that provides contract acceptance, clickwrap, and legal term-management- related services (the “Clickwrap Services”), and the services performed by Ironclad to configure and rollout the platform(s) to Customer and Authorized Users, as described in an applicable Order Form.

Examples of Enterprise Services in a sentence

  • In the event Contractor, or subcontractor, is determined to have engaged in discrimination identified at RCW 49.60.530(3), Enterprise Services may terminate this Contract in whole or in part, and Contractor, subcontractor, or both, may be referred for debarment as provided in RCW 39.26.200.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Enterprise Services may suspend Contractor, including any subcontractor, upon notice of a failure to participate and cooperate with any state agency investigation into alleged discrimination prohibited by this Contract, pursuant to RCW 49.60.530(3).

  • Insights drawn from Usage Data may be disclosed to Customer and other users of the Enterprise Services in connection with their respective use of the Enterprise Services; provided that, if Ironclad discloses insights drawn from Usage Data, then all Usage Data in such disclosures will be anonymized and aggregated, will not identify Customer or Customer’s users, and will not be disclosed in a manner that would permit a third party to determine Customer’s or Customer’s users’ identity.

  • Enterprise Services and/or Purchasers shall have the right to deduct from any monies due to Contractor or subcontractor, or that thereafter become due, an amount for damages Contractor or subcontractor will owe Enterprise Services and/or Purchasers for default under this provision.

  • Ironclad may collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of the Enterprise Services and related systems and technologies therefrom (“Usage Data”) in order to improve and enhance the Enterprise Services.


More Definitions of Enterprise Services

Enterprise Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Enterprise Services or “Services” means Lookout’s proprietary commercial off-the-shelf software product(s) specified in the Order (any related purchase orders, statement of work, or amendments, in each case incorporated into this Agreement) or provided in connection with this Agreement, and any helpers, extensions, plugins, and add-ons, in any format, including any improvements, modifications, derivative works, patches, updates and upgrades thereto that Lookout provides to Customer or that is developed in connection with this Agreement.
Enterprise Services means those particular enterprise grade Services made available by Uniti from time to time, as described at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/internet/enterprise. Fair Use Policy means the Uniti policy which regulates how your Service may or may not be used and what happens in the event of non-compliance, available via xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx-xxx-xxxxxx.xxx.
Enterprise Services means all of the services to be provided by Service Provider to the Recipients as set forth in Section 8 of this Agreement.
Enterprise Services. All of the corporate and other centralized services provided by Services Co or any of its Subsidiaries to, or on behalf of, Tenant, CEC, CEOC, CRC and their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates, including, without limitation, the services described in Section 8 of the Omnibus Agreement (as defined in the Amended Original CPLV Lease).
Enterprise Services means services offered by Frappe include but are not limited to Server management, All modules, Support & enterprise onboarding.
Enterprise Services means such premium features and functionality, described in an Order, that are made available to Customer based on Customer’s demonstrated need to defeat malware and other online threats.
