Enterprise Products definition

Enterprise Products means the Products identified in Table A—List of Enterprise Products and any updates to such list provided in writing by Esri or its Authorized Distributor.

Enterprise Products means Enterprise Products Operating L.P., a limited partnership organized, existing and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of Delaware, with its office and principal place of business located at 2727 North Loop West, Suite 700, Houston, Texas 77008.

Enterprise Products means those products set forth on Exhibit VII.

Examples of Enterprise Products in a sentence

• The initial order must include at least 250 Licenses for Enterprise Products or Enterprise Online Services.

• New Enterprise Products or Enterprise Online Services may be added at any time by contacting a Microsoft Account Manager or Reseller.

• For Enterprise Products, if a new Product version has more restrictive use rights than the version that is current at the start of the applicable initial or renewal term of the Enrollment, those more restrictive use rights will not apply to Enrolled Affiliate’s use of that Product during that term.

• For Enterprise Products, Enrolled Affiliate must determine the number of Qualified Devices and Qualified Users (if ordering user-based Licenses) at the time the true-up order is placed and must order additional Licenses for all Qualified Devices and Qualified Users that are not already covered by existing Licenses, including any Enterprise Online Services.

• An update statement must be submitted instead of a true-up order if, since the initial order or last true-up order, Enrolled Affiliate’s Enterprise: (1) has not changed the number of Qualified Devices and Qualified Users licensed with Enterprise Products or Enterprise Online Services; and (2) has not increased its usage of Additional Products.

More Definitions of Enterprise Products

Enterprise Products means the products and services listed and provided for in Table A to the Esri Agreement,

Enterprise Products means (i) Enterprise Data Capture Products, (ii) Enterprise Mobile Computing Products, or (iii) Enterprise Wireless LAN Products.

Enterprise Products means individually, the Software, Tools, VLM or ReMacs products and, collectively, all of such products.

Enterprise Products and, together with Enterprise Pipeline and Enterprise Crude collectively, “Enterprise”), and Seller, pursuant to which, among other things, Seller agreed to purchase 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests (the “Company Interests”) of Red River Vehicle Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”);

Enterprise Products has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Enterprise Products means the products and services set forth on Section 1.01-EP of the Disclosure Letter and such other products and services as are exclusively used or held for use in or exclusively relating to such scheduled products and services, as such products and services have been produced, sold, distributed, licensed or provided by or on behalf of Sellers, the Companies and their respective Subsidiaries during the period commencing twelve (12) months prior to the date hereof and continuing through to the Closing.

Enterprise Products shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule B.
