Enterprise App means an App and any bug fixes, updates, or other modifications thereto that includes the Certificate Software and is made available in accordance with the terms of this Addendum and the App Developer Agreement.

  • Upon Our request and no more than 4 times per year, You shall provide Us, for each channel through which Your App is distributed (including Public App Stores, Enterprise App Stores, mobile device management solutions and similar systems), within 15 working days of Our request an original report, listing by country the number of copies of Your App (i) distributed, (ii) updated and (iii) sold, covering at least the 24 (twenty four) month period prior to such request.
