  • To the extent any such Entering Party enters or is present on the premises of such other Party, it shall comply in all respects with, and perform any service or maintenance work in respect of any facilities, equipment or systems located on the premises of such other Party in accordance with such other Party's work rules and procedures, including in respect of the issuance of and requirements for work permits, and other safety, security and operating protocols and procedures, from time to time in effect.
