Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.
Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Director makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.
Enrollment Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
Payment Year The calendar year during which the applicable Annual Payment is due pursuant to Section IV.B. Payment Year 1 is 2021, Payment Year 2 is 2022 and so forth. References to payment “for a Payment Year” mean the Annual Payment due during that year. References to eligibility “for a Payment Year” mean eligibility in connection with the Annual Payment due during that year.
Plan Year means the calendar year.
Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:
Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Xxx 0000; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.
Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.
Matching Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(e).
Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to
Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Assessment year means the period of twelve months commencing on the 1st day of April every year;
Agreement Year means the period of twelve months beginning on the last date of execution of this Agreement or any anniversary thereof;
Service Year means fiscal year, except that:
Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.
Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.
Election Year means a year in which ordinary elections for local governments are required to be held;
Plan Year(s means the approximate twelve-month periods between annual meetings of the shareholders of the Company, which, for purposes of the Plan, are the periods for which annual retainers are earned.
Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.
Adjustment Year has the meaning ascribed to said phrase under Section 6225(d)(2) of the Code.
Plan Period means the period designated in Section 4.
Current year means the financial year, which has already commenced, but not yet ended;
Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.
