Enrichment Data definition

Enrichment Data means the company level information we make available to you as part of the HubSpot Insights database. Enrichment Data does not include Personal Data. We do not use Customer Data to populate Enrichment Data. You’ll recognize Enrichment Data in the HubSpot CRM because it is flagged with a grey information icon (or highlighted in some other way), which on hover, identifies the property as being filled from HubSpot’s Insights database. These properties may include information such as company name, company location, and company address.
Enrichment Data means the data we make available to you as part of the Subscription Service and Crowdsourced Data. Enrichment Data also includes information about Contacts, such as social media handles, avatars, and alternate email address that we obtain from public or third party sources.
Enrichment Data means data pertaining to a Contact that is generated from publicly available sources via Sub-Processors that is made available to Customer as part of the Subscription Service.

Examples of Enrichment Data in a sentence

  • The Enrichment Data we provide may be provided from or through third party service providers or public sources.

  • If we make Enrichment Data available to you, then you may only use that Enrichment Data in connection with your use of the Subscription Service (unless, of course, you have a source other than the Subscription Service for such Enrichment Data.) Enrichment Data may be made available to you based on Customer Data, but we will not use your Customer Data to enrich data for other parties.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, you will stop all use of the Subscription Service and ChurchDesk Content, and if we request, you will provide us written confirmation that you have discontinued all use of Enrichment Data (unless, of course, you have a source other than the Subscription Service for such Enrichment Data.) If you terminate this Agreement for cause, we will promptly refund any prepaid but unused fees covering use of the Subscription Service after termination.

Related to Enrichment Data

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is:

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Education records means an education record as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations, 20 USC Section 1232g and 34 CFR Part 99, respectively.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.
