Enhancement Release definition

Enhancement Release means a hardware or software product which typically includes incremental improvements to a product's functionality or performance. An Enhancement Release is generally characterized by a single digit change to the right of the decimal point (tenths) of an existing version of a software product, i.e., X.(X).X.

  • Enhancement Agreement means any agreement, instrument or document governing the terms of any Series Enhancement or pursuant to which any Series Enhancement is issued or outstanding.
