Engineering Standards definition

Engineering Standards means standards, protocols, processes and policies, including engineering guidelines, for designing, constructing, maintaining and operating facilities.
Engineering Standards means standards adopted by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), or the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Rural Utilities Service (RUS), or similar type of engineering organizations or engineering standards adopted by the board.

More Definitions of Engineering Standards

Engineering Standards means the engineering standards of the District as they apply to water and sewer and the infrastructure of the District.
Engineering Standards means all applicable engineering and safety standards governing the installation, maintenance, and operation of utility facilities and the performance of all work in or around electric utility facilities, including all Utility’s standards as reflected in this Agreement (including Appendix C) or otherwise adopted by Utility and the most current versions of the Wisconsin State Electrical Code (Wis. Admin. Code Ch. PSC 114) (“WSEC”), the National Electrical Code (“NEC”), the NESC, the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (including the rules regarding safety equipment), and the safety and engineering requirements of any state or federal agency with jurisdiction over utility facilities, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Engineering Standards means the engineering specifications set out in the Town of Collingwood Development Standards, as may be amended from time to time, which are referentially incorporated into this Agreement.
Engineering Standards means the environmental, manufacturing, packaging, supply chain or performance standards (as may be modified over time) provided by PB (or made available through PB’s websites or Product Compliance Database) to COMPANY for the Products, Spares and Supplies.
