Engagement Services definition

Engagement Services means providing information about the HHP and its benefits and encouraging the Member to consider enrollment in the program. These services can be provided at member’s preferred location. The County team shall utilize CalOptima- approved communications to ensure health literacy standards, culturally appropriateness and trauma-informed care standards are maintained.

Examples of Engagement Services in a sentence
