Engagement Plan definition

Engagement Plan means the plan submitted under s. 13.1(b) in the EA Act (2018); “Environmental Assessment” means an environmental assessment under the EA Act (2018); “Exemption Order” has the same meaning as in the EA Act (2018);
Engagement Plan means a document delivered in the format suitable to the Services which contains at a minimum:
Engagement Plan means a Customer created engagement protocol in the 5thPort System, including but not limited to any combination of education videos, comprehension tests, digital documents, acknowledgements, surveys and/or Electronic Consent, that is used to engage or consent a Patient and or Caregiver at any time prior to, during, or post medical treatment. An Engagement need not include an Electronic Informed Consent.

More Definitions of Engagement Plan

Engagement Plan means a plan setting out those activities to be undertaken by the MPPF (and ViiV where applicable) in a given Calendar Year, to facilitate rapid registration and availability of Products in each country in the Territory and to support rapid adoption and implementation by each country in the Territory of the WHO HIV Treatment Guidelines, which shall include obligations on the MPPF (and ViiV where applicable) to:
Engagement Plan refers to the project/internal audit plan outlined in Annexure B (Scope of Work), a Statement of Work, or any plan mutually agreed upon in writing and signed by the Parties, and attached hereto;
Engagement Plan means a plan that outlines how to engage interest holders in order to gather input, clarify information and foster understanding among those interested and affected by the scope of this project to better inform he decision- making process;
Engagement Plan means a document, developed in accordance with the MVLWB Engagement and Consultation Policy and the Engagement Guidelines for Applicants and Holders of Water Licences and Land Use Permits, that clearly describes how, when, and which engagement activities will occur with an affected party during the life of the Project.
Engagement Plan means a Deliverable document prepared by Contractor and approved by FPS that outlines formats for billing, status reports, communications, etc., as detailed in Engagement Plan Deliverable of the Statement of Work.

Related to Engagement Plan

  • Professional employer agreement means a written contract by and between a client and a PEO that provides for the following:

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Pest Management Plan and “PMP” means the Recipient’s plan dated March 9, 2010, which: (i) addresses the concerns relating to the Project risks associated with potential increases in the use of pesticides for agricultural production, intensification and diversification and controlling disease vector populations arising from irrigation schemes; (ii) sets forth mitigation and monitoring measures to be taken during Project implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels; (iii) recommends institutional measures to strengthen national capacities to implement the mitigation and monitoring measures; and (iv) as part of the implementation arrangements, identifies national agencies and other partners that could play a vital role in the success of the Project.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Activity Plan means the plan that is developed for each Individual based on their activity assessment. The plan should include strategies for how these activities can become part of the Individual’s daily routines.

  • Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Quality Plan means the quality plan to be produced by the Contractor in accordance with Schedule S2-10 (Quality Plan);

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • Safety Plan means a written document that has procedures, requirements, or standards related to safety which the pool staff shall follow. The safety plan shall include training and emergency response procedures.

  • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed as a professional athlete or agrees to render services as a player on a professional sports team or with a professional sports organization.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.
