Enforcement Rule definition

Enforcement Rule means the HIPAA Administrative Simplification: Enforcement; Final Rule at 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164.

  • A reference in this Agreement to a section in the Privacy Rule, the Security Rule, the Breach Notification Rule, the Enforcement Rule or HIPAA means the relevant section as in effect or as amended.
