Enforcement Procedure. The Xxxx, Assistant Xxxx, and Res Hall staff are delegated the responsibility to take actions necessary to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the residents. Responsibility for interpretations of the residence halls rules, as well at their enforcement, is solely that of the Xxxx, or the Assistant Xxxx.
