Enforcement personnel definition

Enforcement personnel means City staff or agents authorized by the City Manager to enforce this chapter.
Enforcement personnel means any police officer, code compliance officer, or other designated City of Yuba employee designated by the Development Services Department.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.
