Enforcement Official definition

Enforcement Official means the Director of Public Works or his or her designee.
Enforcement Official means any officer, employee, agent, or independent contractor with authority to enforce the Operations Code of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District or any other code or ordinance adopted by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.

Enforcement Official means the S.A.F.E.R. Fire Chief or his/her designated representative.
