Any proceeds of sale or other disposition of the Collateral will be applied by the Administration to the payment of the Enforcement Costs and Expense Payments, and any remaining proceeds will be applied by the Administration to the payment of the remaining Borrower's Obligations in any order and manner elected by the Administration.
