Enforcement Completion Date definition

Enforcement Completion Date means, in any case that the Designated Portfolio Lender shall deliver a DPL Acceleration Notice (and not subsequently serve an Acceleration Rescission Notice), the first date after the delivery of the DPL Acceleration Notice that, with respect to each of the Lease Properties on which a mortgage lien was granted to such Designated Portfolio Lender, either (i) such mortgage lien shall have been satisfied, discharged or released by the Designated Portfolio Lender, or (ii) the Landlord’s Estate in the Lease affecting such Lease Property shall have been transferred to the Designated Portfolio Lender or its DPL Nominee.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
