Energy Value definition

Energy Value means the energy value calculated using the AURORA model and the same methodologies and assumptions described in the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) or IRP update, at the time the resource contract is executed.
Energy Value means an actual value, a deemed actual value, an estimated value or a substituted value, as applicable.
Energy Value means in relation to a quantity of petroleum product the thermal energy value equivalent of that quantity in joules calculated in accordance with good industry practice;

Examples of Energy Value in a sentence

  • Seller shall have one year in which to cure the default during which time the Seller shall pay PGE damages equal to the Lost Energy Value.

  • On or before the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each Contract Year, PGE shall bill for any Lost Energy Value accrued pursuant to this Agreement.8.2.
