Energy Usage Data definition

Energy Usage Data is defined in Section 2.05. “ENGIE Services U.S.” is defined in the Preamble.
Energy Usage Data means all of District’s records and complete data concerning energy usage, energy-related maintenance, and other related costs for the Facilities, and including, without limitation, utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any past, present or anticipated changes in a building’s structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Facilities; applicable building drawings, specifications, existing AutoCAD files, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts; bills and records relating to operation and maintenance of systems and equipment within the Facilities, and a description of operation and management procedures currently utilized. District agrees that ENGIE Services U.S. may rely on the foregoing data as being accurate in all respects. If ENGIE Services U.S. requests, District will also provide to ENGIE Services U.S., within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, any prior energy audits of the Facilities, and copies of District’s financial statements and records related to energy usage and operational costs for said time period at the Facilities, and will authorize its agents and employees to provide and freely discuss such records and to make themselves available for consultations and discussions with authorized representatives, employees, subcontractors, and agents of ENGIE Services U.S.
Energy Usage Data is defined in Section 2.06. “Event of Default” is defined in ARTICLE 20.

  • If Chevron Energy Solutions requests, Manhattan Beach USD will provide to Chevron Energy Solutions, within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, Manhattan Beach USD’s Energy Usage Data for the twelve (12) months preceding the Contract Effective Date, and will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Energy Usage Data for the thirty-six (36) months preceding the Contract Effective Date.


More Definitions of Energy Usage Data

Energy Usage Data means all of ConFire’s records and complete data concerning energy usage, energy- related maintenance, and other related costs for the Facilities, including, without limitation: utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any past, present or anticipated changes in a building’s structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Facilities; applicable building drawings, specifications, existing AutoCAD files, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts; bills and records relating to operation and maintenance of systems and equipment within the Facilities, and a description of operation and management procedures currently utilized. ConFire shall deliver Energy Usage data that is accurate to the best of its ability, and agrees that OpTerra Energy Services may rely on the foregoing data as being accurate in all respects. If OpTerra Energy Services requests, ConFire will also provide to OpTerra Energy Services, within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, any prior energy audits of the Facilities, and copies of ConFire’s financial statements and records related to energy usage and operational costs for the requested time period at the Facilities, and will authorize its agents and employees to provide and freely discuss such records and to make themselves available for consultations and discussions with authorized representatives, employees, subcontractors, and agents of OpTerra Energy Services.
Energy Usage Data means all of Manhattan Beach USD’s records and complete data concerning energy usage, energy-related maintenance, and other related costs for the Facilities, and including, without limitation, utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any past, present or anticipated changes in a building’s structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Facilities; applicable building drawings, specifications, existing AutoCAD files, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts; bills and records relating to operation and maintenance of systems and equipment within the Facilities, and a description of operation and management procedures currently utilized. Manhattan Beach USD agrees that Chevron Energy Solutions may rely on the foregoing data as being accurate in all respects. If Chevron Energy Solutions requests, Manhattan Beach USD will also provide to Chevron Energy Solutions, within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, any prior energy audits of the Facilities, and copies of Manhattan Beach USD's financial statements and records related to energy usage and operational costs for said time period at the Facilities, and will authorize its agents and employees to provide and freely discuss such records and to make themselves available for consultations and discussions with authorized representatives, employees, subcontractors, and agents of Chevron Energy Solutions.‌

If ENGIE Services U.S. requests, Pleasant Valley SD will also provide to ENGIE Services U.S., within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, any prior energy audits of the Facilities, and copies of Pleasant Valley SD’s financial statements and records related to energy usage and operational costs for said time period at the Facilities, and will authorize its agents and employees to provide and freely discuss such records and to make themselves reasonably available for consultations and discussions with authorized representatives, employees, subcontractors, and agents of ENGIE Services U.S.
Energy Usage Data means all of Dublin USD’s records and complete data in Dublin USD’s possession concerning energy usage, energy-related maintenance, and other related costs for the Facilities, and including, without limitation, utility records; occupancy information; descriptions of any past, present or anticipated changes in a building’s structure or its heating, cooling, lighting or other systems or energy requirements; descriptions of all energy consuming or saving equipment used in the Facilities; applicable building drawings, specifications, existing AutoCAD files, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-builts; bills and records relating to operation and maintenance of systems and equipment within the Facilities, and a description of operation and management procedures currently utilized. Dublin USD agrees that ENGIE Services U.S. may reasonably rely on the foregoing data as being accurate in all respects. If ENGIE Services U.S. requests, Dublin USD will also provide to ENGIE Services U.S., within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, any prior energy audits of the Facilities, and copies of Dublin USD’s financial statements and records related to energy usage and operational costs for said time period at the Facilities in Dublin USD’s possession, and will authorize its agents and employees to provide and freely discuss such records and to make themselves available for consultations and discussions with authorized representatives, employees, subcontractors, and agents of ENGIE Services U.S. ENGIE Services U.S. agrees that all such Energy Usage Data provided by Dublin USD shall remain confidential and shall not be used by ENGIE Services U.S. for any purpose other than in connection with the Work and Professional Services contemplated under this Contract.

Related to Energy Usage Data

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant. Facilities Study:

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Small wind energy system means a wind energy conversion system that collects and converts wind into energy to generate electricity which has a nameplate generating capacity of one hundred kilowatts or less.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
