Energy Transfer definition

Energy Transfer means the quantity of energy transfer attributable to a transaction for service under Rate Schedule Export Service or Rate Schedule Import Service, based on the capacity at a Point of Interconnection and allocated to a Customer.
Energy Transfer means the quantity of energy transfer attributable to a transaction for service under Export Opportunity Service Rate Schedules XOS 120 Hour and XOS 1 Month or Import Opportunity Service Rate Schedule IOS, based on the capacity at a Point of Interconnection and allocated to a Customer.
Energy Transfer means Energy Transfer, LP.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.
