Resource recovery facility means a solid waste facility
Energy recovery means energy recovery from waste that is conversion of waste material into usable heat, electricity or fuel through a variety of processes including combustion, gasification, pyrolisation, anaerobic digestion and landfill gas recovery ;
Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
nuclear facility means, except as otherwise agreed to by the Underwriter, any of the following, provided that Nuclear Material is contained therein or being used therewith or Nuclear Material is present at the site where the same is located:

Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.
