Energy Price definition

Energy Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2](a).
Energy Price means the applicable rate for EPi set forth in Schedule 5.1; provided, however, that for any Delivered Energy in excess of one hundred and fifteen percent (115%) of the Annual Expected Energy Quantity in any Contract Year, the Energy Price shall be fifty percent (50%) of such otherwise applicable EPi for such Contract Year.
Energy Price means the energy price set forth in Section 1.05.

Examples of Energy Price in a sentence

  • NYSERDA may (and, at the request of Seller, shall) review past invoices, including, but not limited to, the calculation of the Reference Energy Price and Reference Capacity Price, to determine if a true-up adjustment is necessary.

  • For each month, the Index OREC Price shall equal the Index OREC Strike Price minus the Reference Energy Price minus the Reference Capacity Price; provided that in no case shall the Index OREC Price exceed the Index OREC Strike Price.

Energy Price. The Energy Price shall mean the Index Price for each MWh of Delivered Energy delivered to Buyer under this Agreement.
