Energy Payment definition

Energy Payment. The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.
Energy Payment. – means the monthly payment by Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) to the Company for the Net Energy Output delivered by the Project during the relevant month.
Energy Payment bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1(b)(ii);

  • In addition, if compliance with the Dispatch Notice causes reduction of a market regulation transaction, the CAISO shall also pay the Owner the product of the Regulation Energy Payment Adjustment (REPA) amount, if applicable, and the MW of Regulation which Owner had scheduled but is unable to provide because of its compliance with the Dispatch Notice.

  • On or before the tenth (10th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall deliver to Buyer a proper invoice showing Seller’s computation of the Variable Energy Payment, MAAF and the Capacity Payment for such month.

  • B = Energy Payment Allocation Factor, set forth in Exhibit K, for the XXX Period being calculated.

More Definitions of Energy Payment

Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).
Energy Payment is limited to net billing and means the electricity generated and fed into the electric grid by the customer generator multiplied by the applicable capacity and energy purchase rates, as defined by the terms of the distributed generation interconnection agreement.
