Energy Engineer means a professional or entity who/which meets one of the following: (1) holds a Certified Energy Manager or Certified Energy Auditor accreditation, (2) is a Professional Engineer with demonstrated relevant energy experience, or (3) a contractor with relevant demonstrated experience as determined by the Technical Administrator.
