Energy Costs definition

Energy Costs means the cost for the energy or water consumption and demand of the Facility for a specified period of time but excludes late payment charges or any other charge that is unrelated to the actual energy consumption or demand.
Energy Costs means all traction electricity costs that are not Delivery Costs;
Energy Costs means a charge for the cost items included in the Locational Marginal Price for the ISO zone identified in the Account Schedule.

  • The fuel cost portion of the Energy Costs will be calculated at the average cost of the fuel consumed during the month as purchased by Municipality and reflected in its accounting records.

  • Any liability which is incurred by FMPA pursuant to the Solar PPA and not covered, or not covered sufficiently, by insurance shall be paid solely from the revenues of FMPA derived from the Solar III Project, and any payments made by FMPA, or which FMPA is obligated to make, to satisfy such liability shall become part of Monthly Energy Costs, as required in order to satisfy the obligation of FMPA to make such payments as provided in the Solar PPA.

Energy Costs means a charge for the cost items included in the Locational Marginal Price for the ISO residual zone identified in the Account ScheduleFERC Order 745 Costs” means any costs or charges imposed by the ISO in accordance with complying with the provisions of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) in Order No. 745 18 CFR Part 35 (March 15, 2011). Any modifications or conditions to the treatment of FERC Order 745 Costs under the ISO tariff or otherwise shall be deemed a change in law pursuant to Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Energy Costs means amounts paid for or in respect of electricity, whether under a bilateral contract or a contact for differences or by way of payments under the BSC or the TSC for differences between nominated volumes of electricity and metered volumes;
Energy Costs means the actual electricity and other energy costs incurred by MCWD or MCWRA in connection with the operation of the Project Facilities.
