Endangered or threatened definition

Endangered or threatened means wildlife that is listed in 50 CFR 17.11, revised as of April 10, 1987 August 4, 2004 not including any later amendments or editions, which is incorporated by reference. A copy of the list is on file with the Secretary of State and is available for inspection at any Department office, or it may be ordered from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402.
