End User Device definition

End User Device means any individual computer or mobile device of any type which is used by Customer or its students, employees, or end users in connection with the Services or on which any Device Agent is installed.
End User Device means the End User device (e.g. laptop, tablet, PC, mobile phone) on which the Workspot Client is installed, or device with a compliant web browser (per the Documentation) capable of accessing Workspot Hosted Virtual Desktop Services, and through which an End User may access and use Workspot Hosted Virtual Desktop Services.
End User Device means a complete wireless communication device (including but not limited to mobile phones, PCs, laptops, tablets, hotspots, access points, routers, home gateways, data cards), which is ready for use (even if a battery, SIM card, or the like needs to be added for use) as Sold by Licensee or its Affiliates, and which can be directly used by an end user for 2G, 3G, and/or 4G cellular communications. End User Devices may be capable of operating according to more than one cellular standard mode (for example, 2G, 3G, 4G), but at least one of the modes must be 2G, 3G, or 4G. End-User Device does not mean, without limitation, subassemblies or parts of products such as but not limited to Intermediate Products, other than as sold already incorporated into an End User Device.

More Definitions of End User Device

End User Device means any past, present and future product including hardware and/or software (source code and object code) intended for use by or on behalf of an end-user or agent to facilitate communication by or on behalf of the end-user or agent over a Computer Network in conjunction with a Switch. An example of an End User Device includes but is not limited to a bar code scanning device (or other automatic identification device), regardless of whether such device is wired, wireless, or mobile, operating in conjunction with computing means (integral or non-integral to such bar code scanning device), which is adapted to read a bar code (or other machine-readable indicia) and use index data read therefrom in communication over a Computer Network with a Switch to determine the location of a resource located on another computing device interconnected to the Computer Network.
End User Device means the Customer workstations or LAN-attached printers used by the End User.
End User Device means a unit of receiving, or receiving and transmitting, equipment possessed by a consumer which is a termination node of a network.
