Except for the above-mentioned refund and replacement services, and except for the non-disassembled level troubleshooting and usage guidance, the Dealer will not provide any repair service regarding the Products sold to the End-User, unless the Dealer has obtained the permission of the Company or the Parties have signed a relevant after-sales service authorization agreement.
The Dealer shall undertake all after-sales service, including but not limited to return, repair or replacement service, for DJI DOCK sold by the Dealer to the End-User.
