End of Round Price definition

End of Round Price means the Price announced by ICE Endex as the lowest possible Price for a Product in a given Round based on the lower of the Aggregate Demand or the Maximum Supply i.e. the End of Round Price corresponds to the lowest Bid Price equal to or greater than the Reserve Price and at or within the Maximum Supply.

Examples of End of Round Price in a sentence

  • The End of Round Price shall be notified by ICE Endex to Bidders prior to the start of the subsequent Round in accordance with Subsections 7.6(i) and 7.6(ii).

  • If there are more than one Bids with a Price equal to the End of Round Price, those Bids will be allocated in proportion of their Quantity, rounded to the nearest whole number of SBU’s.

  • Without prejudice to Section 7.17., but with the exception of the first Round, the Auction shall close when, at the end of a Round, the End of Round Price is equal to the Start of Round Price and ICE Endex shall then inform Bidders that the Auction is closed and declare such last Round to be the “ Final Round”.

  • If at the end of a Round a Bid is out of the market, i.e. the Price stated in the Bid is below the End of Round Price and the Bidder refrains from increasing its Price in the first next Round, that Bid may no longer be changed in subsequent Rounds and the Bidder effectively no longer participates in the Auction with that Bid.

  • For each and every auction Round, except the first Round, the Start of Round Price will be equal to the End of Round Price of the immediately preceding Round.

  • ICE Endex shall determine the lowest Price entered by Bidders in excess of the Reserve Price , if any, such that the Total Quantity demanded by all Bidders is less than or equal to the Supply, and this Price will be deemed the End of Round Price .

  • If after allocation of the Bids per Section 7.17 (iii) one SBU remains unallocated because of the rounding, that SBU will be allocated to the Bid with a Price equal to the End of Round Price with the highest Quantity (“Q”).

  • If there are no Bids with a Price in excess of the Reserve Price the End of Round Price will be equal to the Reserve Price.

  • If there are no Bids with a Price in excess of the Reserve Price the End of Round Price will be equal to the Reserve Pricezero.

  • However, faculty on leave may choose to participate at their own discretion.

Related to End of Round Price

  • Adjusted Price means the Unit Price, for a particular Pharmaceutical in any Relevant Period, divided by two;

  • SAR Price means the exercise price or conversion price of each share of Common Stock covered by a SAR, determined on the Date of Grant of the SAR.

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Minimum Sale Price means (i) with respect to a Receivable (x) that has become 60 to 210 days delinquent or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has not yet been sold at auction, the greater of (A) 55% multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable and (B) the product of the three month rolling average recovery rate (expressed as a percentage) for the Servicer in its liquidation of all receivables for which it acts as servicer, either pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable or (ii) with respect to a Receivable (x) with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has been sold at auction and the Net Liquidation Proceeds for which have been deposited in the Collection Account, or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has not been repossessed by the Servicer despite the Servicer’s diligent efforts, consistent with its servicing obligations, to repossess the Financed Vehicle, $1.

  • The Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Common Unit Price has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

  • Reference Share Price means, on any day, the closing price of a Reference Share on the primary exchange on which the Reference Share is traded, as reported by such exchange, provided that if the primary exchange on which a particular Reference Share is traded is not open for trading on that day, if there is no closing price on that day or if there is a market disruption event affecting such Reference Share on that day, the closing price on the immediately preceding day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, except if this occurs on the Issue Date or an Average Valuation Date, in which case the closing price on the immediately following day on which such exchange is open for trading (and for which there is a closing price and no market disruption event) will be used, up to a maximum postponement of five Business Days. If the closing of the primary exchange, the absence of a closing price or the market disruption event should last for five Business Days, the closing price of the relevant Reference Share will be a price determined on such fifth Business Day by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion and in good faith using market-accepted practices.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Share Valuefinal means the Preference Share Value on the Valuation Date; and "Share Valueinitial" means the Preference Share Value on the Initial Valuation Date.

  • Strip Price means, at any time, (a) for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, the average NYMEX Pricing for the remaining months in such calendar year, (b) for each of the succeeding three complete calendar years, the average NYMEX Pricing for the twelve months in each such calendar year, and (c) for the succeeding fourth complete calendar year and each calendar year thereafter, the average NYMEX pricing for the twelve months in such fourth calendar year.

  • Initial Unit Price means (a) with respect to the Common Units and the Subordinated Units, the initial public offering price per Common Unit at which the Underwriters offered the Common Units to the public for sale as set forth on the cover page of the prospectus included as part of the Registration Statement and first issued at or after the time the Registration Statement first became effective or (b) with respect to any other class or series of Units, the price per Unit at which such class or series of Units is initially sold by the Partnership, as determined by the General Partner, in each case adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of Units.

  • Formula Price means the highest of: (a) the highest composite daily closing price of the Stock during the period beginning on the 60th calendar day prior to the Change of Control and ending on the date of such Change of Control, (b) the highest gross price paid for the Stock during the same period of time, as reported in a report on Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or (c) the highest gross price paid or to be paid for a share of Stock (whether by way of exchange, conversion, distribution upon merger, liquidation or otherwise) in any of the transactions set forth in Section 9 of the Plan as constituting a Change of Control; provided that in the case of the exercise of any such Right related to an Incentive Stock Option, “Formula Price” shall mean the Fair Market Value of the Stock at the time of such exercise.

  • VWAP Price means, on any Exchange Business Day, the per Share volume-weighted average price as displayed under the heading “Bloomberg VWAP” on Bloomberg page “ECPG <equity> AQR” (or any successor thereto) in respect of the period from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such Exchange Business Day (or if such volume-weighted average price is unavailable, the market value of one Share on such Exchange Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent using a volume-weighted method).

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Set Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(i).

  • Approved Price means the "fair value" as determined by the Trust in accordance with the valuation procedures adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and for which the Trust receives a marked-to-market price (which, for the purpose of clarity, shall not mean Market Value) from an independent source at least semi-annually.

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Quoted Price of the Common Stock means the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market, or, if the Common Stock is listed on a national securities exchange, then on such exchange, or if the Common Stock is not quoted on Nasdaq National Market or listed on an exchange, the average of the last bid and asked price on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Beginning Stock Price means the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock or the shares of the Peer Group, as applicable, for the 20 trading days ending on the trading date immediately preceding the first day of the Performance Period.

  • Net Sales Price means the gross billing price of any PRODUCT received by Licensee or its SUBLICENSEE for the sale or distribution of any PRODUCT, less the following amounts actually paid by Licensee or SUBLICENSEE:

  • Net Price means, with respect to the purchase of any Property, without duplication, (i) the aggregate purchase price paid as cash consideration for such purchase (without adjustment for prorations), including, without limitation, the principal amount of any note received or other deferred payment to be made in connection with such purchase (except as described in clause (ii) below) and the value of any non-cash consideration delivered in connection with such purchase (including, without limitation, shares or preferred shares of beneficial interest in General Partner and OP Units or Preferred OP Units (as defined in Borrower’s partnership agreement)) plus (ii) reasonable costs of sale and non-recurring taxes paid or payable in connection with such purchase or sale.

  • Retail Price As set forth in Exhibit A.

  • IPO Price means the initial public offering price of a REIT Share in the IPO.

  • Closing Sales Price means, for any security as of any date, the last sales price of such security on the principal trading market where such security is listed or traded as reported by Bloomberg Financial Markets (or a comparable reporting service of national reputation selected by the Corporation if Bloomberg Financial Markets is not then reporting closing sales prices of such security) (collectively, “Bloomberg”), or if the foregoing does not apply, the last reported sales price of such security on a national exchange or in the over-the-counter market on the electronic bulletin board for such security as reported by Bloomberg, or, if no such price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the bid prices of all market makers for such security as reported in the “pink sheets” by the National Quotation Bureau, Inc., in each case for such date or, if such date was not a trading day for such security, on the next preceding date that was a trading day. If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.
