End Market definition

End Market means any person which receives processed or unprocessed source separated recyclable material and utilizes the material as a finished product or as a raw material for a manufacturing process.
End Market means any company or individual where tires or material can be sent that would not require any additional processing to be used for its intended use.
End Market means the established destination for recyclable material that qualifies as a waste diversion credit for the purpose of compliance with AB 939.
