End Customer definition

End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.
End Customer means the retail customers to whom the Merchant offers to sell or sells or from whom the Merchant receives offers to purchase the Products through the Platform.
End Customer means an enterprise customer to which Partner markets or sells Products for internal use.

End Customer means any party that receives or has access to the Data, indices/benchmarks based on the Data or Derived Data, or ATP either directly from the Customer or via one or more Redistributors or a third party.
